What is lady styling?
In regular salsa classes (partnerwork) you mostly work on figures and combinations: the lady follows, the man leads. We cover styling there too, but want to go further? Then lady styling is ideal, especially alongside your regular classes. Classes consist of body movement and footwork to the music, focused on feminine movement.
Who is it for?
For every woman who wants more from her dance: from beginners who want to feel more comfortable to advanced dancers looking for more expression. No partner, or is your class full? You can always join lady styling.
